Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy

Our delivery is handled by Fardar Express courier service and we ship islandwide within Sri Lanka.

If you want to ship an order abroad, kindly contact us on Whatsapp for more details.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of the book(s)

Free delivery will be offered for all orders above LKR 4000/-

Delivery Period

Books ordered before 4pm on a working day will be delivered within the next two to three working days.

Same day delivery can be arranged for areas around Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Nugegoda and Boralesgamuwa. Please contact our customer service team on +94 70 100 4283 for more information.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made through cash on delivery and bank deposits.


We only accept returns in case of a damage or defect which has occurred before the parcel has reached the customer. To be eligible for a return, please send us a Whatsapp or Messenger message with pictures of your damaged or defective item and our team will reach out to you.


We provide refunds only if the customer does not want a replacement book for a damaged one or if the book(s) ordered by the customer are out of stock or print. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.


If you would like to exchange your item for a book, please contact our customer support team within 12 hours of placing your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. However, if your order has already been shipped, an exchange will not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

*Gift cards

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately on +94 70 100 4283. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
