1. Returns and Exchanges

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The book or item you received is damaged or defective.
  
  
• You received an incorrect item due to our error.
  
  

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You can reach us through our contact page or at publishers@vidarshana.lk with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, without any signs of wear or alteration.

2. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds.
A refund will only be issued in very serious cases, such as when:

• The item is severely damaged and cannot be replaced, or
  
  
• The ordered item is permanently out of stock.
  
  

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after verification.

3. Replacements

For valid claims, we will prioritize providing a replacement copy of the same book or product.
Replacement shipping will be arranged at no additional cost once the issue has been verified.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
  
  
• Minor variations in print, color, or cover design.
  
  
• Discounted, clearance, or special offer items.
  
  

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets the conditions above.
