The novel begins with the father and ends with the father's death. The first four chapters are recollections of a childhood marked by clearly authentic experiences, faced with the reality that is thinned into detached irony. Alongside the personal life is the professional tone which takes different style and tone. As an instructor and teacher educator, the author has seen and experienced the inconsistencies and irregularities in the context where he had played multiple roles.
